Prices
All prices listed on the site are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Gift Vouchers
Our vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase (except for special promotions, when this period could vary).
Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
Payment must be paid at time of booking unless stated otherwise by our representative.
We accept online bank transfers, cash. Cheques accepted (minimum 7 days before session to allow them to clear)
Refunds will only be given if we are given a minimum of seven days notice before the session date
An administration charge of 30% of the original cost (up to a maximum of £30) will be deducted from the refund amount.
It is possible to re-schedule a session if you contact us within 7 days of the original session date. The alternative date will be arranged at the discretion of Star In A Day.
Age & Number of Guests
All visitors to the studio under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests are welcome to attend the session but we prefer to limit numbers to the singers plus 3 guests. This is because higher numbers can cause a distraction to the singer and may prevent them from giving the best performance. However, Partners, Mums & Dads etc. usually provide a welcome degree of support and encouragement!
The Session
1. Please arrive promptly for your booked session, no earlier than 15 minutes before the booked time.
It is not possible for your session to over run if you arrive late.
Please ensure that the singer is well rehearsed for the song/s they have chosen. It is far more beneficial to spend time practising song/s at home so that, when you arrive at the studio, you can spend your time doing a great recording and really enjoying the experience.
General Conduct
All guests are expected to treat the studio, its contents and the Star In A Day staff with respect. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone whose behaviour causes concern.
Privacy and Data Protection
All details passed to us for the purposes of a booking remain secure and confidential. We do not pass on customers' details to third parties.
